Our repair prices are set based on the cost of parts, and especially the time and labor it takes to repair the units. If you think our prices are too high you don’t have to use our services. Please show respect to our time and labor and do NOT call and complain about our prices.

We accept most payment methods including credit and debit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You don’t need a Paypal account in order to make a payment. To pay by credit or debit cards simply click on the Paypal button on the product page or during checkout and you will see the pay with credit or debit card option on the next page (see screenshot below).

****Warranty does not cover water damage. Warranty period ends one year from the initial payment and is not extended by any subsequent update(s), repair(s) or replacement during the warranty period.****

Please use 12x12x8 boxes which fit most units including amplifiers diagonally except Bentley units.

The following applies to units purchased from Bavlogic (does not apply to repair services):

We do NOT accept returns on electronic units sold but we do provide one year warranty. If your unit is damaged during shipping or (in the highly unlikely event) it is non functional we will provide repair or replacement within one year. We rebuild and fully test our units before sale thus again it’s highly unlikely it would arrive non functional. If you indeed do not want the unit we can buy it back from you within 30 days of the payment date minus programming and restocking fee which is 35% of the purchase price. Often times other shops or dealerships will misdiagnose the unit you purchase from us as broken. Thus we cannot accept other shops/dealers diagnostics until we do our own testing on the bench and we will provide video proof that our unit is indeed working.
