***We offer rush repair service where we can do the diagnostics, repair, coding and testing in about 24-48 hours and ship it back to you. Note that there is an extra charge of $200 for rush service plus an extra charge for expedited shipping. The rush service fee applies if you drop off your unit in person and would like to pick up the unit the same day. Main issues with the unit include:

• REBOOTING with Bentley logo on/off
• GLITCHING
• SOME FEATURES NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (REAR CAMERA, NAVI, ETC)
• BENTLEY LOGO SHOWING UP AND REBOOT (NO MAIN MENU)
• NO POWER AT ALL

AFTER REPAIR UNIT WILL BE PLUG&PLAY NO DEALERS NEEDED FOR CODING, ETC, IF UNIT IS ORIGINAL TO THE VIN OF COURSE.

How does it work?

• You need to remove the head unit, pack it properly into 14x14x14 box. Unit must stay tight inside! . Insure it for at least 2000$. Please use Styrofoam pieces to protect your unit from shipping damage,
• Include contact info note with your name, phone number, email, vin of the car. Please attach/tape it directly to the head unit with clear tape.
• We will test the unit, confirm it needs repair, open it and repair main board with new parts. We will also do the coding and programming on our end so you won’t need to visit a dealer.
• We will contact you, you make a payment and we will ship the unit back to you. You can also prepay before shipping your unit. Prepayment is preferred since we can ship your unit back without delay once the repair is done. It should be plug and play, in a few cases you’ll have to reset stations presets and setup new ones.

• **Warranty does not cover water damage. Warranty period for our repair service ends one year from the initial payment for the repair service and is not extended by any subsequent repair(s) during the warranty period.***
