IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP ORIGINAL UNIT SINCE USED UNIT WILL NOT WORK IN YOUR CAR BECAUSE IT’S VIN LOCKED! MAPS ARE VIN LOCKED AS WELL. ALSO FOR USED UNIT EVEN IF YOU UNLOCK IT IT MIGHT GET THE SAME PROBLEM DOWN THE ROAD, PLUS WE OFFER 1 year warranty! NEW UNIT WILL COST YOU 3500$ from the dealer.

How does it work?

• You need to remove the head unit, pack it properly into 12x12x8. VERY IMPORTANT! Please use Styrofoam pieces to protect your unit from shipping damage. PAY ATTENTION TO PROTECT REAR OF THE UNIT TO AVOID CONNECTORS DAMAGE.
• Include contact info note with your name, email, phone number, vin of the car. Please attach it directly to the unit with clear tape like this.
• We will test the unit, confirm it needs repair, open it and repair main board with new parts. We will also do the coding and programming on our end so you won’t need to visit a dealer.
• You can prepay or we can contact you after repair is done, you make a payment and we will ship the unit back to you. Prepayment is preferred since we can ship your unit back without delay once the repair is done. It should be plug and play, in few cases you’ll have to reset stations presets and setup new ones.
• ****Warranty does not cover water damage. Warranty period ends one year from the initial payment and is not extended by any subsequent update(s), repair(s) or replacement during the warranty period.****.
