By sending your unit to Bavlogic or purchasing a unit from Bavlogic you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Bavlogic is authorized to work on your unit once received. $100-$150 diagnostic fee will be applied if the unit needs no repairs.
• You confirm your shipping address is correct: Unit can only be shipped to the address you specified during payment, and there is no exceptions!
• If you bought a replacement unit from us we can only offer 30% refund after we receive the unit back and in the condition that was sent. This is due to time spent on coding and preparing your unit plus shipping cost Furthermore, Most units cannot be used again or needs serious intervention once programed. Dealerships or car parts shop usually don’t accept returns for any parts once sold.
• You will cover the shipping cost to send your unit to Bavlogic and Bavlogic will cover the initial shipping back to you.
• If your unit fails during the warranty period Bavlogic will only perform free warranty repair and is not responsible for shipping to and from you or any other cost associated with the warranty repair such as third party diagnostic, unit removal/installation fees etc.
• If your unit has water damage there will be additional cost for the repair or replacement service and we will contact you regarding this before we proceed with the repair or replacement.
• These electronic units are very complex and are often decade(s) old so it may have glitchesonce installed in your car even if it passed all our bench testing. This can happen due to the aforementioned factors or additional issues or conditions in your car. Bavlogic has up to 5 attempts to help resolve the issues. You may need to send your unit back for us for further testing and repair. We will cover the shipping cost both to and from you in the 14 days after initial repair if the unit doesn’t function or fails again.
• If the repaired unit glitches or is not functioning once installed due to other issues/problems in your car but not the repaired unit itself we may help diagnose the problem(s) in your car for free if the problem is straightforward. We may charge additional fees if the problem is complex and time consuming to diagnose.
• If your unit has water damage there will be additional cost for the repair or replacement service and we will contact you regarding this before we proceed with the repair or replacement.
• **Warranty does not cover water damage. Warranty period for our repair service ends one year from the initial payment for the repair service and is not extended by any subsequent repair(s) during the warranty period.***
• If your unit is not repairable we may offer a replacement unit if available but this may incur additional cost.
• If you are unsatisfied with our repair service we can offer full refund only if you provide video proof that the unit is not working and you send the unit to us so we can retrieve our parts and return the unit back to you in the condition we initially received from you. We are not responsible for any third party cost such as installation or diagnostics of the unit.
