How does it work?

• You need to remove the amplifier, pack it properly and mail it to us. Please use 12x12x6 inch boxes. They are very compact, very SAFE and the CHEAPEST way to ship your amp. Please don’t use big oversized boxes, since we do not want to create lot of trash and increase our footprint. We do want to be greener and reuse the boxes if possible.
• Include contact info note with your name, email, phone number, vin of the car. Please attach it directly to the unit with clear tape like this. 
• We will test the unit, confirm it needs repair, open it and repair main board with new parts. We will also do the coding and programming on our end so you won’t need to visit a dealer.
• You can prepay or we can contact you after the repair is done, you make a payment and we will ship the unit back to you. Prepayment is preferred since we can ship your unit back without delay once the repair is done. It should be plug and play, in few cases you’ll have to reset stations presets and setup new ones.
• Majority of the amplifiers come water damage due to drain lines being clogged or other issues causing water to get into the trunk. You will need fix your leak or clog. **Warranty does not cover water damage. Warranty period for our repair service ends one year from the initial payment for the repair service and is not extended by any subsequent repair(s) during the warranty period.***
• Please remove the bracket and keep it at home (see one of the product images). Additional shipping charges apply if you send us the bracket. 
• Not all amplifiers are repairable due to water damage.  Sometimes we may need to replacement the full board or the entire amplifier. This will incur additional charges due to higher cost of labor and parts. If your amplifier is not repairable and needs replacement the cost is $1,200 including programming and shipping back to you. 
• If you can’t find your part no it doesn’t mean we can’t repair it. As long as it looks the same as our pictures we can repair your unit.

Proper diagnostics is solely your responsibility. If you send us your fully functioning unit for repair which was misdiagnosed as faulty we will charge $100-$150 diagnostic fee plus shipping fee to return your unit.
